It's for my original cyberpunk comic story ‘Rhapsody in Neon’ . 
In this virtual subconscious world, Leopold meet the four Kings. Each of them represents one of the apocalypse bourse men. And each them has a face of his familiar person. The this one is of his own face. The King of war. 
(*Leopold did survive form the war and his limbs were took by war. ) 
The skull in his hand represents the first intelligent bioroid used as a weapon in the great war in this world.
